My name is Eden St. John and I teach Preschool & Kindergarten. This is my third year teaching and I am so excited! I am originally from Ottawa, KS and then went to college in Emporia. I graduated in May of 2021 and now live in Emporia with my fiance Lane Callanan who is also a teacher at another school. I have two fur-babies! Mena is my Mini-Australian Shepherd, and Opal is my cat. 

My goal this year is to make sure these kiddos learn to LOVE school. I know school sometimes is not kids' favorite place to be, and with having such a young group I want to make sure they keep loving school all the way through! I also want to instill a sense of pride and confidence in my students. These kids are amazing and don't understand what they are capable of! It is my job to make sure that before they leave me, they see how amazing they are too.
