Just a reminder that tomorrow we will have community service day....please have all students wear old clothes and old shoes as our services may change if we have some severe weather tonight. In the afternoon the elementary will have their Halloween parade and parties. Please remember all costumes need to be school appropriate with no weapons, blood or scary masks. The parade will begin at 2:30 followed by class parties. See you all tomorrow!

Due to severe weather we will not be providing transportation to athletic activities/practices in Madison this evening. If you would like for your child to attend practices, transportation will need to be provided to and from Madison by either a parent or students who have driving release signed. Thank you

Our students received an incredible experience on Thursday with a visit from STEM FIRE and the mobile maker STEM lab from Wichita Tech School. Students got to experiment with 3D print pens, CAD building program and CNC fabrication. Robot dogs R2 and Astro also paid them a visit and showed off their moves! Students were then able to visit professionals in the areas of Nuclear Engineering, Veterinary Science, Crop Science, Wildlife and Parks, and Computer Technology. It was a GREAT day for our students!!
Happy Halloween Week, Tiger Family! Tomorrow we celebrate and honor our First Responders by welcoming them to join us for breakfast and a short assembly starting at 7:30 am! They are crucial to the safety of our community and we greatly appreciate all they do! Any and all First Responders are welcome to joins us!! We also have Community Service Day on Thursday as well as our Halloween Parade and Parties starting at 2:30pm. We remind you that all costumes must be school appropriate without any blood, weapons or scary masks - we appreciate your cooperation with this. Good morning Tiger Family! Just a reminder that enrollment is tomorrow, Thursday, August 1st in the school cafeteria from 2:00pm-7:00pm. Lamont Wesleyan Church has graciously donated some of our school supplies, which can be picked up when you enroll. Schedules for 7-12th grade will also be available tomorrow. My background includes teaching English and Special Education and 18 years in district-level administration. My husband and I met at KU and have raised our family in the Wichita area. I have taught HS English, K-12 Reading, and have been an educational supervisor for ESU. I live in Madison with my husband and our 3 kids. I am really excited to be joining the Tiger family!
