Good afternoon, Tiger Family! Tomorrow, Wednesday, January 8th, Hamilton USD 390 will have a two hour late start. This will allow all buses, students and staff to travel safely in the daylight. Bus routes will run approx two hours later than normal and preschool will run at normal time. Have a good evening and we will see everyone tomorrow!

Merry Christmas Tiger Family! I'm not sure how we arrived here this fast - but it has been a great semester! Finals are this week for our junior high and high school - students have their schedules. The district food drive wraps up tomorrow. Here are the activities for the week..... our students have been looking forward to our annual Thanksgiving meal where parents, grandparents and community members are welcome to join us!! Ms. Belinda will cook up some delicious prime rib with all the fixings. Cost is $5 a plate and you can pay when you arrive. Lunch is at 11:45 am in the gymnasium. We hope you can join us! Also, a BIG CONGRATS to our football team as they endured the downpour rain on Friday at El-Saline and brought home the WIN! Just a reminder that tomorrow we will have community service day....please have all students wear old clothes and old shoes as our services may change if we have some severe weather tonight. In the afternoon the elementary will have their Halloween parade and parties. Please remember all costumes need to be school appropriate with no weapons, blood or scary masks. The parade will begin at 2:30 followed by class parties. See you all tomorrow!

Due to severe weather we will not be providing transportation to athletic activities/practices in Madison this evening. If you would like for your child to attend practices, transportation will need to be provided to and from Madison by either a parent or students who have driving release signed. Thank you

Our students received an incredible experience on Thursday with a visit from STEM FIRE and the mobile maker STEM lab from Wichita Tech School. Students got to experiment with 3D print pens, CAD building program and CNC fabrication. Robot dogs R2 and Astro also paid them a visit and showed off their moves! Students were then able to visit professionals in the areas of Nuclear Engineering, Veterinary Science, Crop Science, Wildlife and Parks, and Computer Technology. It was a GREAT day for our students!!
Happy Halloween Week, Tiger Family! Tomorrow we celebrate and honor our First Responders by welcoming them to join us for breakfast and a short assembly starting at 7:30 am! They are crucial to the safety of our community and we greatly appreciate all they do! Any and all First Responders are welcome to joins us!! We also have Community Service Day on Thursday as well as our Halloween Parade and Parties starting at 2:30pm. We remind you that all costumes must be school appropriate without any blood, weapons or scary masks - we appreciate your cooperation with this.
